Hi everyone! Welcome to The Dirt Hill, a DIY Projects blog where I will share with you some of the most amazing decorating ideas and upcycling in the blogosphere. I also like to get my hands dirty from time to time and show off some projects I am pretty proud of.
A Little About Me
I am a 40-something-year-old (yea I have a few years under my belt) mom, wife, and grandmother living in peaceful Southern Kentucky. I was born and raised in Tennessee. We also have two cats we call our fur babies.
I have had a love affair with creating things for as long as I can remember. My passion is home decor, repurpose projects, giving new life to vintage finds and making jewelry.
Life is full of beautiful things whether it be a sunrise with glowing rays of light peaking up along the horizon, a breathtaking snow-capped mountain with its peaks jutting upward into the sky or the never-ending ocean and its aquatic waves crashing against the shore like a peaceful melody. God gave us a stunning world.
Why not create something just as spectacular for our homes? Well, we could never recreate God’s work but we can make lovely things that brighten up our abodes and give new meaning to tired and worn out pieces that have withstood the test of time.
I hope you find my posts useful for your upcoming DIY projects.
